ELEVENTH IN LINE

About This Blog
A blog about my life, universe, etc. At any given time you might find something endlessly interesting or just me ruminating on something else, which no one (not even myself) finds interesting. That's the way blogs go, I suppose. Anyway, I was eleventh in line, and you weren't. Hah!

My sisters are, in order of age, a photographer, an artist, and a person too young to have her own website. My brothers are, in order of age, living up north, and again, a person too young to have a website. At some point soon I'll be collecting links for my aunts, uncle, and cousins. ^_^

Ugh...
It turns out that sedentary jobs are not good for me. At least in one sense of the word. Since leaving my job at Steak n' Shake (4 to 8 hours of working on my feet -- and before that, a year and a half mostly doing stock work at Disney, plus participating in three musical theatre type productions over that time), I've gained 28 pounds and a collective 15 inches around various circumferences. Argh.

So I have to start making a deliberate effort to work out, so long as I'm doing mostly desk work. I think that maybe an hour a day of walking and jumping jacks and the like will probably be sufficient for the long term, but I may do more to get back on track. What's really annoying is that it took forever for me to notice, because most of my clothing is either elastic-y, or purchased when I was somewhat larger than I was during my Disney time. Indeed, there were some articles of clothing that wouldn't stay on right during those years. Now they fit like normal. Argh, again.

Anyway, every time I think about it, I have the sudden urge to do fifty sit-ups. So, ummm, I'll blog more a little later.

Because only so many people can be eleventh in line.
